Detached single-family house of 130m2 built in Caldes de Montbui, Barcelona.

The house is located on slightly sloping terrain; the project was designed to achieve a single-story home at an affordable cost. As always at GeseHouse, the dwelling was designed taking into account all the family needs of the owners.

A standout feature of our line of homes is the increased volumetry with sloped ceilings in the living area, featuring large windows facing the pool area and natural sunlight.

The home was designed and built entirely using a Steel Framing system, with a facade in a very bold and unique color.
