The house is located on a relatively flat plot of land, with privileged views of the seaport and sea.
The house has been designed on one floor, considering the views and privacy as always in our projects.
The design of the house follows a modern line, but at the same time giving it a more traditional image with a tile roof.
As usual in our GeseHouse houses, there is a significant increase in the surfaces of the rooms with sloping roofs.
The house has been designed taking into account the large swimming pool that exists on the plot and the small unevenness of the land.
